What photo resolution is required?

We recommend at least 2,000px wide and a file size of 600KB or more. Print sharpness may vary depending on the original resolution and shooting conditions.

What does the free photo retouching cover?

Basic retouching such as brightness and colour adjustment for frame printing is included. For larger requests like compositing people or replacing backgrounds, please check with customer service before ordering.

How do I check the retouched proof?

We apply basic retouching to the photo you upload, and you can view the retouched proof in your order details. Once you confirm the proof, frame production begins.

How do I request changes to the retouched proof?

When uploading your photo, let us know the retouching level and any requests. After reviewing the proof you can send revision comments, and the production schedule may be extended depending on the revisions.

Can you make both landscape and portrait photos?

Both landscape and portrait photos can be made, and if the photo ratio differs from the frame size we’ll send a retouched proof based on the most natural composition.

What if it is damaged during delivery?

For damage or production errors, please contact Bojagi Card customer service with photos of the product as soon as you receive it.

Can I cancel my order during production?

This is a custom product made from your photo and retouched proof, so cancellation for a change of mind is difficult once production has begun. Please review everything carefully before approving the retouched proof.
