The number of photos needed and the video length differ by product. Please check the specifications and photo requirements above before ordering.

We recommend original photos at least 1,600px wide and 600KB; low-resolution photos re-saved from messengers may look blurry.

Music or images with copyright issues, or low-quality originals, may not be usable.

Production and Revisions

The production schedule starts from the moment all required materials are submitted. The schedule may change if additional materials or revisions are requested.

Revisions to Marryyou videos cost approx. ¥1,250 per revision. Please check your wording and photo order all at once before requesting a revision.

File delivery and keepsakes

The proof can be viewed online for 1 month after it is uploaded, and the finished MP4 file can be downloaded and kept.

A USB or photo box can only be added for products that offer keepsake options.

Cancellation and Refunds

This is a made-to-order item produced from your own photos and text. Once production begins, cancellation or refund for a change of mind may not be possible.
